الآثار المتبادلة بين مفردات اللغة والتخطيط اللغوي دراسة في ضوء علم اللغة الاجتماعي

الملخص

تدرس هذه الورقة حلقة من حلقات التخطيط اللغوي في العربية، وهي حلقة (لحن العامة)، أوْ ما أصبح يُعرف بالتصحيح اللغوي، في ضوء علم اللغة الاجتماعي، الذي يهتم بدراسة الظواهر اللغوية المختلفة من وجهة نظر اجتماعية، فيدمج الاهتمامات اللغوية والاجتماعية بدرجات متفاوتة. فهي تدرس قطاع المفردات، التي انحرفتْ عن (صفائيَّة) اللغة الفصيحة، فخالفت المعيار، الذي ارتضاه علماء اللغة، وفق ما ورد عند العرب؛ لأنّ^([1]): "الاعتماد على الاستعمال الحقيقي هو أصلُ الأصولَ".

إنّ رسائل هذا الفن، وعلى طول تاريخ البيئات العربية، ليستْ رسائل معنيّة بالعامية في حدّ ذاتها، بل إِنَّ غرضها الأساسي هو^([2]): "الحفاظ على نقاء العربية الفصحى" التي أصابها اللحن بسبب التدخل السلبي في استخدامها. فهي وإن كانت تلتزم المعيار الصوابي الذي يحافظ على معيارية اللغة، لا تخلو من فوائد جليلة، منها التأريخ لظاهرة اللحن، والتغير اللغوي، ودراسة البيئة اللغوية التي تصفها.

The Interface of Language Vocabulary and Language Planning:

A Study in the Perspective of Sociolinguistics

 This paper studies an aspect of language planning in Arabic, namely public solecism or what has come to be known as "linguistic correction" from the perspective of Sociolinguistics, which studies different linguistic phenomena from the social perspective of Sociolinguistics, incorporating linguistic and social concerns in varying degrees. It studies the aspect of vocabulary which deviated from the purification of standard Arabic, and hence deviating from the criterion agreed upon by Arab linguistics according to ancient Arabs because "depending on the actual use is basic rule".

The massages of this art long the way of the history of Arabic environments has not been concerned with the colloquial language per se, however, their main purpose has been to "preserve the purity of the standard language" which has suffered from solecism due to negative intervention in its usage. Although such massages adhere to the purification criterion which preserves the standard status of the language, they are not without great benefits, such as dating the phenomenon of solecism, Linguistic change, and the study of the linguistic environment which describes it.
