Abstract

     The research aims to investigate the effectiveness of objective penal texts committed by individuals in the field of airline service in the UAE and comparative law. This is through a wide range of the perpetrators of the service, and many analytical recipes were searched for due to its suitability to the subject of the study, as the descriptive layer was used to describe the phenomenon, which is a service, and as for my analysis, it was used in analyzing the legal texts related to the service accelerator in national law and comparative law and stating whether they are deficient or not, and the research reached results, the most important of which were: The study of the federal legislator by providing the Internet service and other natural communication services to people, taking into account the non-persons, which is a matter that is commendable to the participating legislator in light of the nature of that function and what it requires in terms of settings, equipment, technologies and work crews that a natural person cannot possess, and the comparative judiciary stipulates that the criminally responsible for Internet services must have directive oversight of the content of the services, and it is accountable for the straightforward simplicity of the publisher’s responsibility in the field of journalism, which means assuming executive responsibility for the responsibility of the Internet service provider if it is committed to joint oversight of the content and breaches the commitment.., and several tips were also extracted, the most important of which was: the required coordination regarding penal measures, so that local regulations are in line with the controls Global consulting in the field of information technology crime fighting.
