The current study aims at explaining the Israeli party’s system theory and the goals achieved for its state through its implementation. The study is based on the hypothesis that there is a correlation between the normalization taking place in the Kurdistan region and the Israeli support aimed at removing the region from Iraqi sovereignty and throwing it into Israeli hegemony. The problem of the study, it is concerned with the question: (What role do those in charge of applying the theory of parties play in the course of events in the Kurdistan region, leading to its separation from the motherland), and with verifying the validity of the hypothesis and answering its central question. To achieve this, the researcher uses the historical method and the inductive analysis method.
The study concludes that the hypothesis was true and answers its central question. We reached the following most important conclusions: Kurdish-Israeli relations are ancient, beginning in secret and ending in public. The theory of the parties has the long-term goal of severing the Kurdistan region from the motherland of Iraq to the extent that the theory of the parties achieves gains for the benefit of the State of Israel. It has achieved difficulties for the Kurdistan region and its population. These conclusions also led us to several recommendations, the most important of which are: Giving the periphery regions of one state, and in the rest of the countries of the Arab world, the same attention we give to the central regions. Involving the residents of the periphery regions in all levels of responsibility in the one state Strengthening loyalty and belonging among residents of the peripheries of one country according to purposeful and thoughtful awareness programs.
