The legal composition of tourism contract in the Jordanian law

The Jordanian legislator did not regulate the tourism contract in the Jordanian civil law; which renders it challenging for the judicature to find out the legal rules applicable upon contract breach. Accordingly, in this research we are discussing the legal nature of the tourism contract; whereas we start talking about the concept of tourism and tourism contract, indicate the features distinguishing the tourism contract from other types of contracts, then we address the legal adaptation of the tourism contract, and lastly clarify the juristic opinions about the legal nature of the tourism contract.
In conclusion, we recite some outcomes targeted in the study, then add some recommendations
