The civil liability of the vaccine manufacturer

Abstract

This Study aims to Clarify the declaration of the legal nature of the civil liability of vaccine producers in Jordan because of the special legal protection that vaccine needs, especially after the thread of COVID-19, which made the government force the people to take the vaccine, the liability arising from the product based on contractual liability or tort liability. Does research recommend that the Jordanian legislator intervene to formulate legal legislation regulating the legal responsibility of vaccine Producers?
