The study aims to identify the motives of regional conflicts, the US-China conflict, and the regional and international actors that contribute to reducing tensions and ending the conflict in the South China Sea. The study employs an analytical approach, yielding results that confirm the disputed status of regional conflicts in the sea is rooted in both the colonial history of the region and the legal system governing the use of the disputed islands. The disputed territorial claims in the South China Sea remain a dangerous source of potential conflict between China and America in the absence of preventive measures to prevent a military or political crisis. The study recommends conducting in-depth research on the future of regional conflicts in the South China Sea, given their direct impact on Arab countries, particularly in light of the trade exchange between these countries and China.
