Legal provisions for Inquiring about Tenants in American Law: A Study for Legislating it in the Jordanian Law

This study aims to describe the legal provisions and general rules of the idea of enquiring about the tenant in the pre-contract stage per the US legal system and practical and legal problems that may arise from a query, and also the statement of the position of jurisprudence and the American judiciary for some unfair practices of this legal idea. The query is an updated legal system. The research aims to highlight this legal system and what it is. This search answers the query about its controls, arbitrariness, and legal adaptation; this study proposes the enactment of Jordanian law legislation in which the American legislator approaches this regulation and demonstrates the practical application of the inquiry to practical reality.
