The study aimed to identify the level of perfectionism and its relationship with withdrawal behavior among gifted students at Mutah University. It further investigated the relationship between these two variables using a sample of 180 male and female gifted students selected through the simple random sampling method. To achieve the study's objectives, two scales were developed: a perfectionism scale and a withdrawal behavior scale, both of which demonstrated appropriate validity and reliability. The results indicated that the level of perfectionism was high, while the level of withdrawal behavior was moderate. Furthermore, the findings revealed a positive correlation between perfectionism and withdrawal behavior. Based on these findings, several recommendations were proposed, including the necessity of conducting counseling workshops to help reduce withdrawal behavior among gifted students at Mutah University
