This study aimed to determine the level of satisfaction among upper basic stage teachers with the quality of educational services provided by the smart assistant "Siraj" and to identify the obstacles to its use in Karak Governorate. It also sought to investigate whether there were differences in teachers’ satisfaction levels attributable to gender, level of use of “Siraj”, and the interaction between these variables. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and was conducted on a sample of 120 male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire to measure teachers’ satisfaction with the quality of educational services provided by the smart assistant "Siraj's" and the obstacles to its use. The validity and reliability of the instrument were established. were perceived at a moderate level. The findings revealed that the level of satisfaction among upper basic stage teachers with the quality of educational services provided by the smart assistant “Siraj” was high, whereas the obstacles to its use were perceived at a moderate level. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in teachers’ satisfaction levels attributable to gender or to the interaction between gender and level of use. However, statistically significant differences were found in teachers’ satisfaction levels attributable to the level of use of the smart assistant “Siraj,” with an effect size of 14%. These differences favored teachers with high and moderate levels of use over those with low levels of use. Based on these findings, the researcher recommended providing training and incentives for teachers to enhance their use of the smart assistant "Siraj" in order to improve the educational process, as well as adopting a clear strategy that requires teachers to integrate "Siraj" into their instructional practices
