Genetic analysis of an accused : acomparative study

Abstract

This study deals with the restrictions imposed on genitic analysis The study, sheds light on the definition of genitic analysis, its importance, and the legality of this procedure, also discusses the legal nature of genitic analysis in the penal procedures.

In this paperm I have presented the implement of this procedure in other countries like Canada , Holland, and Germany.

As the result of the absence of the legal organizing of genitic analysis in Jordan, I tried to clarify the general restrictions we apply when we imply the procedures keep in mind that the Jordanian court of cassation considers the procedure and considers it as decisive evidence.
