The aim of this research is to provide a stylistic study of the poetry of Amr ibn Barraqa Al-Hamdani. This research consists of an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. In the introduction, the poet and stylistic studies were defined. The first section (i.e., the sound level) deals with external and internal music, including poetic meters, narration, rhyme, and repetition. The second section (i.e., the synthetic level) focuses on studying sentence patterns, advancing and deferring, and linguistic methods. The third section (i.e., the pictorial level) studies rhetorical means that the poet used in forming his images such as metonymy, metaphor, and simile. The research concludes with a summary of the most important findings of the study.
